Required Minimum Stay

Please note that we have a standard required minimum stay of 2 days.
During the Peak Holiday Season from mid-December to end of January we require a minimum stay of 2 - 3 days.

Book Securely Online

The easiest way to book is online. Simply click on the "Book Now" button above and follow the instructions. Should you choose to book online using this secure online system, you will receive immediate confirmation and your credit card will be debited in full.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and NZ dollars. We do not accept American Express or Diners Card. We require card type, cardholders name, card number, security number (3 digits on the back of the card) and expiry date. When we receive your credit card details, we will take full payment.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: 2.00 pm to 8.30 pm.  Arrivals later than 8.30pm are only possible by mutual agreement and advanced arrangement. Please contact us by telephone or email well in advance.

Check Out: 10.00am.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the specialised nature of our accommodation business we have to adhere to a strict cancellation policy: Full payment is taken after a booking has been made. We have a policy of no refunds. So therefore, please choose carefully when making your booking selection.

No Pets

We do NOT accept pets of any kind, as they disturb the wildlife.
