Bookings

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and NZ dollars. We require card type, cardholders name, number and expiry date.

If we hold a record of your credit card details as a security, no deposit is taken but these details will secure your reservation.

However, if you book online with the AA system, your credit card will be debited immediately.

Check-in – 3.00pm to 6.00pm.  We will always  try to accommodate arrivals outside of these hours.  Please telephone/e-mail in advance to arrange.

Check Out – 10.30am, but again, we will always try to help with your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business we have to adhere to a cancellation policy:

Cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in date will incur no charge.  Cancellations made outside the required notice time will incur the following charges: 

• Less than 7 days but more than 3 days, 50% charge;
• 3 days or less, 100% charge.
