Bookings

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and NZ dollars. We require card type, cardholders name, number and expiry date.

No deposit is taken but these details will secure your reservation.

Check-in – 3.00pm to 6.00pm.  We will always  try to accommodate arrivals outside of these hours.  Please telephone/e-mail in advance to arrange.

Check Out – 10.30am, but again, we will always try to help with your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business we have to adhere to a cancellation policy:

• Within 7 days – 30% penalty charge of total reserved accommodation.
• Within 2 days – 100% charge of total.
